I'm running Catalina on iMac 2012. Recently Mail quits when loading messages saying Not enough space on Home Folder. I have over 75GB remaining. Tried rebuilding and that did not work. Tried deleting V7 Mail Data folder and that did not work either. Anyone have other suggestions?

Rebuilding was a good step to try.
What happens if you boot into safe mode? This can clear caches. If it works as expected, reboot normally and test again.
