IPhone Lockscreen stuck

My IPhone is completely stuck on the lockscreen. I'm unable to swipe up to unlock it, press any notifications, decline or accept phonecall, the display screen just won't work.

I can't either reset it because it calls emergency service and I'm unable to swipe to power off. I've tried plugging it into my computer for a reset but I need to unlock it to use accessories.

I cleaned it and am very careful of water damage, I don't drop my phone either. I've let it charge and ''die'' a few times but it doesn't work.

already done all of this. its in my original message.
this applies: Your screen is on, but it doesn't respond when you tap, slide, or try other gestures.

Then you did not do it correctly. It ALWAYS works if done correctly.

  • Press and quickly release VOLUME UP
  • Press and quickly release VOLUME DOWN
  • Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears (15-30 seconds)

The operative word here is QUICKLY
