What is the maximum number of reminder lists after upgrading in iOS 13?

According to this page, I can have max to 100 reminder lists before upgrading:

But what is the number after upgrading? I can't find it, is it infinite?

Reminders are permanently removed when completed. Only recurring seem to be retractable When I complete a reminder on my iPhone 6S, I seem to lose the reminder entirely and cannot find then in the show completed. Seems like only the reoccurring reminders can be seen. Please assist.

is there now a limit to number of reminders I have heard that there is a limit to the number of Reminders one can have in the "New Reminders" (iOS 13 & Catalina). Can anyone tell me whether this is correct, and if so, what the limits are? Also: is there a way to download previously created Reminders rather than simply erasing them if one is "over the limit"? Many thanks. (Note: I use Reminders (and want them to sync) between my iMac, MacBook Air (2018), iPad Pro 9.7" and iPhone 8+ (1 year old) MBA is on Catalina; I am preparing to upgrade iMac to Catalina; iPhone & iPad are both on iOS 13.3.)
