PDP authentication failure

Has anyone else experienced this error on their iPhone 12?

Cellular data is turned on and I have not traveled outside the country.


I've turned data off and back on.

Turned the phone off then back on.

Turned airplane mode on the phone off.

Reset Network Settings...


All with no success.


Any suggestions out there?
