I have a read many threads on how to choose full page when taking a screenshot and my iPhone 12 Pro does not have this option, even when I take a screenshot of a webpage on chrome or safari.
How can I get this option?

Weird. I just double checked and I do see "full page" as an option. I've used it but you have to live with the quirk of how it renders on device; I usually get the responsive design version of a site when sometimes I want the actual desktop version.
Do you have the most recent iOS installed? I believe it only works beginning in iOS 14. --I would assume so with a newer device. And, are you visiting a website that is longer than the screen? Again, I assume so.
I guess I'd try updating the device first. Then powering it down and restarting it (just for kicks) and see if that changes anything. Tried and true method for fixing errors. Short of that, I'm stumped.
By the way. It looks like full page only appears in Safari, not in chrome, or any other browser. You said you tried Safari. I'd try it again with a long website or two. Perhaps there is some issue with a specific website?
After you take the screenshot and the image appears on your phone in the corner, tap it (before it disappears). You'll then see some mark-up options and can select "full page" as opposed to screen. Then hit "done." You'll be presented with options to save pdf to files.
Read it carefully IF you have A document, A webpage, etc. that exceeds the length of your screen then you can use the alternate method to get the full page page of that single document, web page, etc. If the web page goes on for several pages you will only get the first page. Did you try it?
Hmm. Could be. That would be odd as you would think anything that can be adequately rendered in Safari would work. I tried a handful of sites colleges, grocery stores, apple, Disney. All worked. The only thing I can think of is that there is some accessibility setting, or sequence of settings on your device, preventing its use? Maybe allowing Safari access to the camera? Just spitballing....
I looked around in the forums, you may have too. It looks like a number of people have the issue with iOS 14.5.1, so it could be a bug. One poster found a work around. In Safari, tap the sharesheet at the bottom and select Markup. This should make a full-page pdf. Hope this helps.
The only option for screen shots on iPhones is full screen.
Sorry, I mean a full page of a webpage so I don’t have to scroll and keep taking individual screenshots
I followed those steps from a previous thread and posting this as when I do it, there is no option to select “full page”. I only have editing and markup options.

That is correct, the answer given does not apply to your issue.
Thanks, I tried a few webpages of different lengths and never got the option to select full page. Maybe it only works with certain pages that are specific versions (html/html5)?
