whats best bluetooth specification for ipad pro 2021

What's the optimal specification I should look for in Bluetooth Accessories connecting to IPAD Pro 2021. I assume Bluetooth 5.0 but I also want minimal to no latency, i see APTX is not supported so?

iPad Pro, iPadOS 14

thanks but 5.0 alone I don't think, is low latency when compared with APTX? is there any specification I should look for on Bluetooth devices to get the same low latency as available on APTX?
