i want to add that to my keyboard but idk how to so i need help

That is the Predictive Text feature. I do not know which iPhone you are using and which iOS version you are using. My answer, therefore, may not fit your setup.
Open Settings ➔ General ➔ Keyboard ➔ Predictive : Ensure that this is set to ON.
