Iphone XR with 20W adapter

I recently got the Iphone XR and I'm using the Anker PowerPort PD Nano. The adapter is 20w

A friend told me using the 20w charger everyday isn't good for your battery health, is this true? I'm afraid of damaging by battery. And if it is, should I just stick with the 5w charger that apple gives?
