I tried to pay $49.99 to big fish casino but having problems

Why did the money show up on my bank, but not in Big Fish Casino?

Thank you for posting in Apple Support communities. We understand that you are wanting to know why the purchase of Big Fish Casino didn't go through but shows up as a bank transaction. We would love to help you with this. 


Based on the screen shots taken the purchase says pending and the bank charge shows 3:16 am and the pending purchase is 5 minutes later at 3:21am. Some banks have security that doesn't allow certain purchases to go through at certain times of the day or night so you may need to call your financial institution and ask them to release the pended amount.


If you've checked with your bank already then you may need to reach out to our billing department to make sure there isn't a hold on the Apple ID used to make the purchase.
