Can't connect to wifi. ‘Wi-Fi requires WPA2 password’ keeps coming up. What does that mean?

I’m trying to connect to a wifi network but ‘Wi-Fi requires WPA2 password’ keeps coming up. What does that mean ?

Login in Credentials:

Whichever network it is, they should update their router to provide WPA3, as WPA2 is become more prone to hacking, and such. WPA2 is an encryption protocol for logging in to the network. WEP is the least secure. So, I'd stay off of that WPA2 network.
