Can you tell me why I’m being charged $10.25 and $3.25 monthly? I do not have Apple Music or tv. I never signed up for them.

I’m trying to get customer service to ask a question about why thy are charging me. Can someone direct me to the proper place.

We are not Apple but end users like you so cannot access Apple records. To add to Bob's suggestion, please see this:

If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support

However, start with your card issuer. There is a strong possibility that your are seeing criminal activity from someone spoofing Apple. It is a known scam. If that is the case, Apple can do nothing but your card issuer can do a lot to stop it.
