iphone camera quality degraded after ios14.6 update

Hey

My iPhone 11 camera quality has degraded a lot after iOS 14.6 update. Images and videos have more grains and this issue gets worsen in artificial light conditions. Approached customer support, spent a lot of time with them, formatted my phone twice but issue is not resolved,

Does anyone else facing the same issue.

I request apple team to take up the issue and resolve it.
