Exercise Mode Why does selecting “outside walk” not close your exercise ring but selecting “other” and walking the same distance close it? Seems like I never get much of my exercise ring closed when selecting “outside or indoor walk” no matter what distance I walk.

See section 2 of this support document, Get the most accurate measurements using your Apple Watch - Apple Support

It needs to be a brisk pace for it to count as exercise. This is generally around 3mph on a treadmill.
