itunes starts whenever Bose headset connects
how do i prevent ITunes from starting every time my Bose headset connects?
i see others reporting this problem but see no solution posted.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you're experiencing issues using your headphones with your Mac. Specifically when you connect them, iTunes will auto open and start playing music. Allow us to assist.

Lastly, we can take a look to see if iTunes is automatically logging in when you start-up your Mac and disable that to make sure it is not opened when connecting your phones. You will follow the "Add or remove automatic items".
