If this is on a computer, have you opened iTunes, then gone to the top menu bar, and signed in under Accounts? For a device, signing using Settings.


If running IOS 14, go to Settings>Your Name>Media & Purchases. Click the portrait at the top left. That should allow you to sign into the App Store/iTunes using a different Apple ID.
