Different charging cable for iPad in vehicle required? I can use a port on my car to charge my Samsung android cell phone (with no Data access / my choice). Can I use same charging cable for my iPad? Apple Maps EV Routing - any vehicles support it yet? It was announced as a feature of iOS 14 in 2020 - with Apple working with BMW and Ford on implementing it. Well, it’s now 2022, and my BMW i3 never got it, and my new Ford Mach-E doesn’t have it either. Has it ever actually been implemented? Apple’s info on it just says “compatible vehicle needed” with no list.

I don’t think so, but the free PlugShare app does. It would be a good idea to suggest it to Apple, however→https://apple.com/feedback
