I need help with my Apple account. My daughter is showing a 5.29dollar charge that is outstanding due to my card expiration. The new card info has been updated but she still can’t download any apps du to the charge.

Once a payment is declined, you need to add a new card and verify before Apple will accept it as payment. You need to use this link to contact a person in iTunes support to correct your issue. Subscriptions and Billing - Official Apple Support
