i am getting all my WhatsApp message notification on my watch… however if someone is video calling me on WhatsApp I do not get that on my watch? Any solutions for this? I don’t need to answer the call just want to get a notification…

Not aware of a solution for that, apart from perhaps some third party app claiming such a feature.
The issue behind is that there is no native WhatsApp app available for Apple Watch presently. So it's just the basic notifications
