Visa Card ending 2694 on file

I’m inquiring my Visa card ending 2694 that has been on file forever. Not sure why I have a pending transaction when my purchase of $129.00 cleared thru my Phone for Dropbox. I will not put a new card on file till this issue has been resolved. My IPad is 7th Gen and not listed in your drop down.
