How do I change the email attached to my iTunes account? I no longer have access to it?

How do I change the email attached to a iTunes account . I need a receipts emailed to me and I no longer have access to the email.

My current iTunes account email is a different one from my appleid. How do I merge or change my iTunes account’s email?
