During install constant errors of allow-external-scripts='true'

Below is the install log while re installing Big Sur over a older big sur. I’ve seen this before and there’s one post online with the same phrasing and it’s titled “malicious internet recovery”. Anyone know what’s going on In this log? The full log is at the link below.

Mine is also the same . I would like someone to explain this please. I also think it is not the correct download. Mine even says " legacy loading" of open directory
