Same calling history appears on our two iPhones

Would you be so kind to help me with the next problem.

we can see the calling history of each other on our phones (xr and Xs)

we are under same account.

If there is a real calling or a missed calling on one phone of them, this calling information appears on the other phone too.

and it works Vica versa.

we do not know, which calling information belongs to my phone and which is not.

it is very bad situation…

it happened when a new i-watch had been paired to my phone, and my phone (xs) had been refressed to the acktual IOS.

I am not able to switch it off, but I have no idea, how it could happen…
