These are the instructions:--> Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch – Apple Support

If your iPhone 7 is still running iOS 12 (and you want to update it to the latest version 14.6), I suggest that you update your device using a computer running iTunes (PC) or iTunes/Finder (Mac).
