iTunes error 5113 on Windows 10

I have my Apple Music subscription and it work just fine on all my devices EXCEPT my Windows 10 laptop. i keep getting the unknown iTunes 5113 error. Talk about frustrating .. I see this was raised here many times and haven't found a solution. Come Apple, this is ridiculous

I have tried

1) reinstalling iTunes

2) resetting AppleID password

3) reauthorizing my PC

4) setting the iTunes media library

5) and a few others that leave me extremely frustrated.

How about a real fix to this issue
