Does using Apple power adapter with power 10W to charge iPhone cause fast battery degradation?

I am afraid that Apple power adapter with power 10W could cause fast battery degradation, I have previous experiences with iPone 6s Plus where I lost the battery after one year of continuous charging with Apple power adapter with model number A1357

iPhone 11, iOS 14

Ahh , Ok Deggie, I hope it will not yet , I asked the customer support center and they gave the same thoughts like yours, So I will use it and hopefully everything will be ok
