How to reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro
Is there a chance they are paired to another device?
Which device are you trying to pair them to that had issues?
Were they paired without issue, then began having problems or was this the first time?
Are your AirPods in your case when you try to reset them?
When your AirPods aren't in your case, the light shows the status of your case. Green means fully charged, and amber means less than one full charge remains.
