You can't: the storage on any iOS device cannot be increased. You can buy additional iCloud storage but this is online and is used to mirror what's on your device so that other devices can access it and be synchronised - but this won't help you if your iPhone is getting too full. Your only options are to remove some data or buy a new phone with more storage.
