use apple id balance on apple store online?
I redeemed an apple gift card on my phone and would like to use it to purchase an Apple Watch. Can't figure out how to do it. Any ideas?

In the USA, Apple ID balance will be charged first for items bought from the online Apple Store or Apple Store app, but not the physical Apple Store. Other countries won't have the combined gift cards.
