Have you checked your subscriptions?

Purchases - View, change, or cancel your subscriptions.        

Purchases - Subscriptions not billed through Apple

I’m being charged various monthly fees by Apple and I don’t know what they are for. One charge for $9.99 is for extra space in the cloud. That I do know. I have checked my Subscription area and there are only two items which are not related to Apple. How can I get these charges to stop!

geting two .99 cent fees per month. understand thet are for cloud storage, but why two?
