i have my airpods pro but and also have charging in my airpoda case but my airpods case is not charging my airpods

If I am charging my airpods by putting the pulses inside the airpod case, then they are charging but if I put my airpod case If I take my airpod case out of charging and charge the airpods, they are not charging.
My airpods pro case is not charging my earpods pro
