How can i or who i can contact if i have lost my phone??

No. If you enabled Find My before the phone was lost you can follow the instructions in the link I posted, which includes instructions on how to lock the phone. If you did not enable Find My there is no way to lock the phone. You can contact your cellular network provider and ask them to blacklist the IMEI (not the serial number). However, the blacklist is not worldwide, so if the phone is shipped to another country it can be reset and used.

Is dr anyway i can ask apple or my retailer to lock that phone uding i phone serial number??
