I need help trying to recharge my card

I can't figure out how to have them recharge my card. It's the only card I have, I didn't have a job and now I do and I have money on that card and there isn't a feature where you can ask them to recharge it

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. Are you referring to a subscription charge for the Apple ID payment method you have on file? If so, Apple will attempt to recharge your card if the original charge did not go through. If the charge still did not go through, your subscription may be cancelled or you will have a negative balance until you update your payment method. You can read more on how content is billed at the link below and can contact Media Services Support for additional billing questions.
