can I have two countries/regions in my phone? I need some apps which are only in CZ and also I need some which are only in CA. I am not able to download them if I am in the opposite country (my phone).

An iTunes Store account can only be set to one country at a time. Ask their developers to make them available in the other one.

That´s not practical at all. Now I have to wait till all subscription will be canceled so I am not able to use the app properly. I will lost all my playlists again.
