Have you been backing up your phone? If you have, you can restore that backup to your new phone. If you haven't backed up your phone and your 6 Plus is completely dead, you don't have any way to back it up. You can pay Apple $49 to replace the battery in the phone, but Apple won't guarantee the phone won't lose it's data in the repair.

The time to ensure you have access to your data is before something goes wrong with your phone.
