Does anyone know how to reopen a chat with support?

Does anyone know how to reopen a chat? I was speaking to three different operators yesterday and now I can’t connect to support. It keeps asking for my serial number and then telling me I am not eligible. I backed up yesterday and now I’m waiting for assistance to reinstall OS on my iMac.
