This is Not an Option:
As of this reply, you cannot delete, nor hide, expired subscriptions.
How to Provide Feedback:
Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this. Apple won't get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what their customer's needs are in their Apps, and what to include in updates to come. Being there is no direct feedback for Apple IDs, use the following:

- Select: "An Enhancement Request" for "I Have Feedback About"
- Select: "iTunes Store" for "Enhancement Request"
- Comment: on why you think this should be an option, and how it can help users out there, such as yourself.
