Pairing PlayStation dual shock 4 to Apple TV 4K 2021 model still doesn’t work

Any solutions for pairing a new Apple TV 4K model 2021 to a PlayStation dual shock 4 controller? Why won’t it work like it should?

Connect a wireless game controller to your Apple device - Apple Support

Use Bluetooth accessories with your Apple TV - Apple Support

Put the controller in pairing mode, then pair it from the Apple TV Settings.
