My Apple Watch Series 6 will allow you to accept a call. There will be no sound for both parties on the call and after ~12 seconds it disconnects the call. The speaker and microphone both work on the watch. I have tried turning it on and off once. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
OK that is an altogether different matter then. Is it the same thing if you initiate the call from the watch, or call Voicemail for instance?
You could go through unpair and re-pair next, to bring back the factory settings. Then we would also have better chance to determine if this a software or hardware issue.

Are you using headphones? Is there any effect if you turn the digital crown during the call? Do you see additional audio devices if you click on the three dots bottom right during the call?
Speaker and microphone work fine. It is not connected to any other device.. there is no sound on the phone from the other line as well. Then it disconnects itself after about 12 seconds. It isn’t making the connection properly.
Then you could indeed try unpair and re-pair the watch with your iPhone. That process will keep your apps and data intact, but will also restore factory level settings. You can start it from here:

It is the same if you initiate from the watch. I have not tried calling voicemail. I will try the other suggestions. Thank you
