iTunes store

Hello,

My iPhone 7 does not have the iTunes & App stores option in settings.

also I cannot use the iTunes Store on my iPhone 7, despite having Apple ID, I cannot connect to iTunes.

- If none of the suggestions work, try the last one: "If you’ve tried all of the above steps and you still can’t connect, contact Apple Support."


Click here --> https://support.apple.com/choose-country-region Select your country, then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

If your iPhone is running iOS 14 the iTunes & App Store option is no longer available as it previously was.


You should have a single App Store option in Settings, and for anything not available there, you can go to Settings->Account (top of settings)->Media & Purchases->View Account.


What exactly are you looking to do in the iTunes & App Store section?


What happens when you try to connect to iTunes? How exactly are you attempting to do this?
