I purchased some songs in iTunes from my iPhone. Showed as downloaded succesful, but the songs are not showing up in the iPod on the phone. Not sure where the songs could have dissapeared to. Has anyone else had this problem?
I've had this same problem and have been waiting a couple of days for a response from Apple. It shows up on my account purchases, but not on my iphone at all or in itunes.
I am having the same issue. Purchased on ipone through i tunes. Not showing under downloads or in my ipod on my iphone. When i try to purchase again, it says already purchased. Have restarted phone and app. Please help!!!
I had something similar to this. Purchased some cartoons from iTunes using my iPhone. When i synced my iPhone to iTunes, i got an error msg and iTunes stopped responding. I tried again and the same thing happened. The newly purchased show would not show up in iTunes. This issue was resolved by RESTARTING my iPhone and re-syncing my iphone to iTunes. The purchased tv show now shows up in both iTunes & my iPhone.
I purchased two songs thismorning from within the iTunes application on my iPhone 3GS.
The songs both downloaded over WIFI pretty quickly, and then i launched the iPod application and went straight to the "Purchased" playlist, but neither of the songs appear there.
I went back to iTunes application and clicked "purchase" on the songs again, but it just gave me a warning message that the songs have already been purchased, and asking if i wanted to purchase them again??
So i did, hoping it would work the second time, but the same thing happened - it just downloaded, finished and then just dissapeared!!!!
Why is this happening? And i think ive now been charged twice for the songs even though i cant see them or listen to them.
So, in my case, the songs and videos show up in the "Purchased" list, and can be located in Finder. But they cannot be added to regular library. What gives?!!!
My situation is even worse. ALL of my music and podcasts will not show up when I bring up the iPod app. It all shows as being there when I hook it up to my laptop and view it through iTunes. It just doesn't show up on my iPhone (4), and this goes for both purchased and songs ripped from my own CD collection.
Does anyone have any answers to this? I've killed the app, restarted it, and even rebooted my phone, all with the same result.
I just bought two songs from iTunes and they also did not show up in iPad list, or finder.
I also noticed that after upgrading to iOs4.2.1 on Monday it whacked every song in my iPhone 3Gs as well. Not impressed. Why I purchased some tunes to listen too.. and now that I did.. I can't find them anywhere.
This thread open since Sept and Apple hasn't responded yet?
This morning I purchased an album from the iTunes app on my iPhone. It downloaded 1 song and the rest are nowhere to be found. According to my account, Apple charged me for them. What's up Steve? A little help would be great.
