I have an email no phone number and I can’t turn it on
How do I turn it on without the phone number I only have an email not an email address

It sounds like you can’t Turn on and set up iPhone and we also see that you already checked out the Apple Support article If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen. To resolve your problem we’d like for you try the steps below and check to see if the problem is still there after each one:
- Restart iPhone
- Set up cellular service on iPhone or Connect iPhone to the internet using Wi-Fi
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- If you can't activate your iPhone
- If you can't connect or sign in to iCloud
