Refund failed

Hi , I refunded about a purchase 2 day ago when I try to refund it , it says it does not have an invoice and doesn’t meet the condition to refund (second time request a refund) . So I wanna ask how do I refund again if it says eligible for refund for a second try ?

Purchases at the app store are considered final; however, Apple has made exceptions and issued a refund. If your reply says "ineligible for refund", then it is ineligible. You can contact Apple and ask, but if you already have their answer, it would probably not be helpful.

By the way, this is not Apple support and we do not work for Apple - we are all other users here.

The reason apple said It was ineligible for refund because first reason , the invoice doesn’t have the biling , and second doesn’t meet the requirements for refund . But then the invoice just came today and I bought it 2 days ago, tried to refund 1 day ago , so i wanna try to refund again since it’s also because the thing I bought invoice just came in today. So how do I ask for refund or contact apple for refund ?

Apple does not publish email addresses and we do not have a special link for "second try" refund requests. You may want to check and see if there is anything in the notification you got. We are all end users here and do not work for Apple; so, unless one of us has tried exactly that, they would not have an answer - sorry.
