You can listen to spatial audio with lightning EarPods by going into Settings > Music > Dolby Atmos, and selecting "Always On." You can play back Lossless audio with lightning EarPods, but you likely won't hear much difference, if any, when using EarPods because of the audio quality of EarPods.
