How to install a macOS on a blank Mac with no Internet compatibility

Two days after reinstalling Catalina due to some bugs, my Mac have lost the ability to connect to WiFi. Screen shot of the problem is below.



Since I thought it was the os, in order to save to problem, I deleted the operating system, but unfortunately I can’t download it from the internet now, so I downloaded it to a USB drive.


As seen in the photo above, Internet recovery is the only option. Why it doesn’t read the drive? How can I make it work?
