Apple pencil 2 scratch/scuff mark due to the magnetic induction?

Hi,

just want to ask the community here..

is anybody experience this situation where the apple pencil body is having this mark due to the magnetic induction charge?

i have no idea how is it happen but the mark definitely located at the spot where it has been attached (charged) onto the ipad magnetic charge port.

iPad Pro, iPadOS 14

Already contact through apple support and they said nothing they can do about it.

It is presume as cosmetic wear and tear which is i think it is definitely not.

Apple should escalate this issue so that it wont happening again in the next gen of product.
