Review Large Attachments. Are they deleted from ALL i-devices ?

I have two i-devices. A 256 gb iPhone 11 pro max and a very old 16 gb i-pad. For the most part, I use the i-pad for a specific application (Drone). I ran out of memory on the iPad.

On the ipad, If I go into "Review Large Attachments" I can see many attachments from previous text messages. If I go into "Review Large Attachments" on my iPhone I see a similar but not entirely the same list of large attachments.

MY QUESTION: If I delete some of the large attachments from the iPad, will the deletes "sync" and remove them from my iPhone as well?

I would like to keep (for now) all the large attachments on my iphone right where they are. But a the same time I'd like to delete many of the ones on my iPAd to make more memory available for my Drone app.
