You can copy data. The fastest way is to migrate using the Migration assistant from the time machine backup drive of the old one.

You will not be able to use the old Mac as a display for the new one.

i stil have the Imac ( 2013 ) that i use i want to buy the a new 27 inch iMac 2020 Best

i want to copy some stuff from the 2013 mac to the new mac and i whant to use te screen of the old mac as extra screen
