I have several folders in iCloud Notes with shared docs inside. They all show up on different iPhones, iPads, etc. I have one shared folder also which shows up just fine on all devices.
When I log in on my computer web interface. All of the folders show up except the one shared folder.

Are you trying to access the folder from the iCloud website? If so, try a different browser.

Not helpful. I know how to share folders. When I share a folder on my iPhone, it disappears when I try to look at it on my computer in a browser logged into iCloud. When I take the sharing off the folder itself, it reappears. All individual shared docs show up just fine.
