The App Store does not show up on my Apple TV, I have already updated and it says up to date. Where do I find it?

My Apple TV is up to date but the App Store does not show up on my Home Screen? Do I need to do anything else or is it not on the Home Screen?

As indicated in the previous post, see the following from Download apps on your Apple TV - Apple Support


The App Store isn’t available on Apple TV (3rd generation). To get new apps that you can use on your Apple TV (3rd generation), update your software.


There is no App Store on a 3rd generation; new apps may be added via a software update.

Equipment Requirements

To use the Spectrum TV app, your Apple TV device must:

  • Be 4th generation or above.
