How can I change the extension on some of my photos? It's currently set as a heig.

You may be able to change your default settings in:


Settings > Camera > Format.


The HEIF/HEIC format is more efficient than a jpg and has some other benefits too.


You can also simply convert images either by opening it in Preview on your Mac or by emailing the image; which should export a jpg.
